HEY WSUP GUYS N GALS..... heres my problem.... i have a 96 tocoma 4 banger with 350k. the car hasnt been driven for about a year ... the thing sputters when i accelerate and shakes like hell.. now theres no CEL when i idle but when i start to accelerate the CEL blinks... i assumed it was maybe the plug and wires or even the distributor... any other ideas? i gotta get this thing smoged i hate california, the state that hates car enthusiasts.........

 

Start with a tuneup (air filter, PCV, plugs), and clean MAF sensor.
Look for a vacuum leak (missing or cracked hose leading to or from the TB).
