HELP -- Need directions/writeup on how to replace fuel filter

I have a 3rd-gen 1999 4Runner with 80,000 miles. I would like to replace the fuel filter and wanted to see if anyone had a writeup or link that explains how to do this. Thanks in advance.

Well according to this one service advisor I talked to apparantly no vehicles after 1992 has a fuel filter let alone a 3rd gen 4runner

i did one a few days ago: http://www.4runners.org/articles/fuelfilter

this and other writeups can be easily found w/ the search feature as well as looking through our Tech section
