Help! Installing ome leaf springs on 04 Taco

Help! Installing ome leaf springs on 04 Taco
I am in the middle of my install and I cannot get the original front hangar bolts off. I have gotton the bolt to spin, but there is no way to get it off. I have maxed out the 150 lb torque wrench I am using and am worried about rounding off the bolt head. Any advice? Please help!
