HELP!!! '96 runner?

looking at a 96 4 runner, anything i sould be aware of? its a 4x4 5speed with 126k miles on it. guy is asking $2800 for it and says it has no problems..
does this sound right?

Make sure it hasnt been written off anywhere else or has any leans against it.

carfax.com I'd say.

Find out if its had the t-belt and water pump done yet.
