Having alignment problems after installing lift 2000 4runner
I just install an ome 3 inch lift and tried to take it to get aligned and they(big 10 tires) couldn't get the tie rods with the front steering to break loose. I'm not sure if there is so much pressure and stress that it is not breaking loose or what. They said they couldn't do it and said i probably need to replace the part, not sure if i really trust them. Plus they start to even strip the nut at the end of the outer tie rod. I need any kind of advise to help align my 4runner. And how hard would it be to replace the inner and/or outer tie rods. Thanks[IMG]

Did they spray any penetrating oil like PB Blaster when they were trying to get them to break free ? Because I've seen Tire Shops that only had WD-40 laying around and WD won't help in this situation.

You can try semi removing that rack and pinion boot and trying to turn the inner tre on the rack shaft.
If they stripped that nut, they need to take it all the way off and replace it now. On their dime.
