wasn't on a cellphone, was she? i've had some close calls with women on phones.

 

I'm pretty sure she wasn't on a cell phone she was fresh off the plane from Romania and was just barely able to drive a car. She wasn't able to stop it.

I got a copy of the Police report it says she violated CA VC section 21802 (a) .

21802. (a) The driver of any vehicle approaching a stop sign at the
entrance to, or within, an intersection shall stop as required by
Section 22450. The driver shall then yield the right-of-way to any
vehicles which have approached from another highway, or which are
approaching so closely as to constitute an immediate hazard, and
shall continue to yield the right-of-way to those vehicles until he
or she can proceed with reasonable safety.

well, sorry about the accident. hopefully you will get soem good insurance money...

now, with the money i got from my insurance..... i was able to get the ARB, and the bedliner, and fix everything, for $600 over what we got from the company.

pretty good deal seeing as the ARB was $650+, and the liner was even more.
