I'll be doing a 1.5" BL on my Runner in the next couple months, Just saving up for the Poly replacement Body mount bushings (so I can do both at once)
You may want to look into getting some 1/2" spacer pucks if you're ordering the Energy Suspension replacement bushings from 4Crawler. With my truck, the cab mounts needed this spacer to keep everything at the same height.

I didn't have any electrical issues. And with the AT linkage, there's enough adjustment on the stock linkage to put it where it needs to be. I just haven't done that yet. It shifts fine, but it's slightly off with the indicator (when it's in D, the red marker is halfway between "D" and "N". Again, it shifts fine, just the indicator's a little off. Roger has incredibly detailed instructions, and it really isn't that hard to to. Just take your time, and go slow. And get a friend to help. I did it by myself, but it would have gone a little easier with help. I just couldn't wait untill I had a friend with time off...

Any questions, call Roger and he will hook you up. Great guy to work with

Thanks!

Got the AT indicator dialed in, so I'm cooking on the front burner now. I'll have a report of how everything feels in a real trail situation sometime after the 31st (Gonna go back to Sleeping Princess and finish it this time. No stock Suzuki's allowed! )

After you do that run, it would be a good idea to make sure all your body mounts are still nice and tight....

Planning on it. I put lock-tite on everything, but I'm still gonna go around and check everything. I checked it after my Bullhead to Tucson to Phoenix to Bullhead trip and everything was still nice and tight. So far, I have 0 complaints!

Of course, that doesn't mean that I wouldn't love a high speed ride in the Turtle Taco....

Sounds good to me, CJ. I'll let you know the time and you can work out the place. It'd be great to meet ya and get the personal tour of AZ!
