General Maintenance Checklist

So I was talking to a fellow YTer a few weeks ago and he told me he has a daily routine for preventative maintenance. Each day of the week he checks something different before work such as oil level on Monday, brake fluid on Tuesday, etc etc. And I was sitting there thinking to myself "wow, compared to this guy, I don't do anything!". So I was just wondering if we could compile a good list of things that needs to be checked and how often (I searched for this but didn't find anything....if I missed something, let me know) on our vehicles. Basically all I do is my oil every 3k-5k with synthetic + filter, and I KNOW I need to be doing more, but exactly WHAT i need to be doing, well I just don't know for sure. This list can be expanded to those milestone maintenance things like 30k and 80k etc. Thanks guys!

basic maintenance, in-depth maintenance, everything. im looking for what i should be doing on a more day-to-day basis but also what milestone things need to be done. not only for me but if we can get a good list going with good compiled information, itll help everyone else who falls in this generation category

k, well then thats a good start, for most anything except for what you've changed from stock.. tire pressure, CV joints for leakage if lifted, strut assembly bolts, any bolt on anything added, diff drop bolts ... usually the stuff i check in addition to the stuff in my owners manual

The Toyota Owners Circle website breaks down what to check every 2500 miles. I can't for the life of me figure out why the list an oil change ever 2500 miles though, same w/ tire rotations. But all in all the TOC guide is the recommended maintenance interval for Toyota cars/trucks. The Haynes manual also has the EVER X Miles guide to periodic maintenance as well.
