Well, after looking at all my options (other Suvs) I have decided to go with a 1997 4Runner. Was curious what the gas mileage was on one of these bad boys, and does anybody have a link to a site with interior/exterior pics/specs? I am more than likely gonna lift it, but not as soon as I buy it. This is a great site, keep up the good work guys

His is a '99, but a lot of the specs will be the same.

Dude we gotta talk, I have a 1992 Accord (same gen as your 1993) and there are some questions I have about it.

 

Thank you for the replies. That brings up another question. What are the Engine options? What about transmissions? Can I buy it in 5-speed or does it have to be an Automatic?

At least in my town, 5-speeds are becoming rare in 4Runners, then again my town is full of soccer mom's! There are sure alot of 5-speed taco's though.

I think it was 1999 or 2000, was the year that V6 stop coming in manuals and only auto was available.
