Fuse box relay

Hello, New here, I did search and found the reason my dash lights stayed on after i shut it down was the integrated relay. My fuse box and integrated relay was full of dead ants.
Can someone tell me what this relay on the back of the fuse box is. It is getting enough voltage bleeding through to keep it energized to cause my problems. I can tap the relay and it will release.

Next will I have problems unplugging this small plug on the integrated relay. I have tried every thing possible and the only thing that don't work are the door locks. Thanks for any input.

It might be a good idea to tell just what year and model you are working on.

looking at my 2000 Tacoma wiring manual yours looks nothing like mine.
