Fuel Shutoff Crash Protection?

Does anyone know if there is a fuel shutoff that activates in a rollover crash. I bought a 2000 4Runner for parts and it won't start. It acts like its not getting fuel.

If there is a shutoff does anyone know where it is and how to reset it?

The fuel pump is controlled by the Airflow meter. No airflow, no fuel pumping.

rollover

I have an 05 tundra and it rolled over on its side and the fire dept cut the roof off. Now it is not cranking at all. It will attempt to crank if you place the jumper cables directly to the starter but it will not crank. Any suggestions on what could be wrong?

The starter is buried under the intake, how are you getting jumper cables to it?
