Has anyone done the fuel delivery mod. (injectors, fuel pump and injection controller) on 2000 4runner? If so, how hard was it and did it make a big difference? Also, anybody knows any shop in Bay Area, CA that could do this mod.?

Check Gadget's webpage. Most of the mods that he has done should work just the same on your 2000.
