Ft washer pump help

I have been having trouble with my front washer fluid pump for a while (rear works fine). I replaced the pump and nothing. Jumper from the batt to the pump works. Nothing on voltmeter at the pump when I turn the wiper switch on. I just checked at the wiper switch according to haynes and it seems to be working fine.
Now I am lost. Any ideas? Any idea where the wires enter the engine bay?
Please help before I am forced to go to the dealer.

I am thinking that the pumps run through a relay somewhere, but I am stumped.

No relay on my 2001, which shouldn't be much different from yours. Power goes from the WIPER fuse to the pump to the switch to ground. If the pump runs connected directly to the battery then the problem must be a bad switch or broken wire. I've no idea where the wires run, but if that's the problem it would probably be easier to just run a new wire from the pump to the switch than trying to find a broken one.
