Front end noise

This seems to have just started happening with the extra use of 4hi with all of our inclimate weather here.

When in 4Hi, turning left at slow speeds, I get what feels like binding as if my diff is locked. My inside wheel makes the vehicle raise up on that side a bit. Happens in forward and reverse. This is not even at full lock on the turn, but about half way. No problems or weird noises in 2WD. When I had the brakes done in September, could they have screwed something up when they put new rotors on?

I don't remember this happening before but it might have done it all along (wife drives this rig a good amount and is oblivious to vehicle noises - and warning lights for that matter), anyway, does it sound normal?

The binding you are experiencing is normal is you are not on a slippery service and you have 4WD engaged.

You have to be on gravel, loose packed dirt, ice, snow, ect.

If you just engage 4WD and drive on the streets in rain, even heavy rain, you will bind the 4WD system, and this will happen.

If it happens at only half turn that sounds a bit excessive to me. Mine binds up but only if going really slow and I turn almost all the way.
