Front diff/axle leak?

Found some leaking diff fluid today while crawling around doing a check up. Need some ideas where to start with this. I cant search as the internet here is so crappy, it has taken me almost a half hour to post this.

here are some pics

This is upside down

here in a slightly differnt view

It looks like it is coming out right where the front half shaft (cant recall real name now..) comes out of the diff. If it helps there is a little play, towards the tire...

Ideas welcome. Need to get this fixed.

Thanks!

Also, Anyone have this piece for sale? its from the AC tension er.

Thanks again.

probably the axle seal on the diff, cheap part easy to fix. Just have to pull the cv out and pull the old seal and install a new one.

Make sure when you install it that the depth is correct or you will have problems. I couldnt see your picture but i am assuming it is the differential extension tube side. The depth needs to be .2" or 5.5 MM. I have discovered that usually only the dealer has those seals...
