front corner light not working

the ones next to the headlight...they are running lights.
Anyways, I have it removed (one screw on top in plain view, and then a compression fitting on the bottom), but I cant see how to replace the bulb inside?

the electrical connector on the back doesnt seem to come off?

what am I missing here?

Like Mr. Cougar says, you can see how the hole and how it is keyed (ignore that other socket, you don't have that). Twist to unlock. Maybe someone thought a little superglue would be entertaining?
