I know this has been talked about a million times, but I need some clarification. I have a 2000 T4R. I know its prewired for fog lights and all that good stuff. And i know that once I install them they will come on with the DRLs. But if i want them to come on by themselves, or be able to turn them on or off at will, would i have to run a wire through the firewall to that little switch board next to the steering column, or are the fog lights already wired to it?

my 2000 do not have it prewired, no relay, no nothing.

 

I thought 3rd gen fogs were a dealer installed option and all wiring / switches had to be installed.
