Ok , i have seen alot of post on this, but I see differnt answers to the question. Will FJ wheels fit on a stock 3rd gen 4runner with NO modifications. Thanks in advance.

I would imagine so. I took the wheels (16") from Lurch and put them on my new FJ Cruiser (stock 17" wheels) with 285/75R16 Goodyear MT/Rs on them. Fit great. Did a minor lift to eliminate rubbing in turns.

Unfortunately, that left me with 4 brand-new 17" FJC wheels and brand-new tires with no use for them!

Funny..looked forever for a set...no longer in the market wish i would've known sooner.

From what i recall most Toyota wheels are interchangeable..most if not all have round 4.5 BS.

Yeah, they'll fit and there are a few running them already.
