Hi, I have a 97 4runner, and recently my GF drove into a ditch and the airbags went off (shes fine). After her crash the horn is "stuck" on/honking. Essentially, I don't care about replacing the airbags right now. I just want to fix the horn so it can pass inspection. I have the Chilton's repair manual for it but cant seem to find what to do to get the horn properly working.

any help is much appreciated.

 

this is why i wont let anyone drive my truck sounds like the spiral cable could of be damaged
