What wires did you tap into for those small lights to be controlled by the dimmer?

Jason, I've seen that write up. In fact, it's the one that made me want to put some under the seats. BUT, it didn't really show how you took things apart and got to the wires that you tapped into.

This was actually one of the easiest things to do.



I tapped into one of the switches on the console by the emergency brake. It was the rear window switch. Those switches illuminate at night. Now the rear heater light and console lights when the parking lights are turned on, jus tlike everything else. It also dims with the rest of the lights when turning the dimmer knob.

us 99+ people are sacrificing lighting for cupholders then.
