Easy guys, I met him at Checker Auto and referred him here. His truck is pretty smooth. I was surprised to see someone filling a NX bottle for a Taco!

Oh, okay. My bad.

Seriously, if you want to go really, really fast, you should tone down the nitrous, get the supercharger and the URD fuel mods. Then you'll be plenty damn fast.

Peace and welcome to the forums.

No offense, but why did you get nos? It's a tacoma... pickup truck...

Whatever floats your boat, but sounds like you're putting a lot of money into the wrong type of applcation. First thing I'd do is get a new engine, not mod the slowest 3.4L on earth.

being a wheeler, no not a web wheeler as I've heard people so disrespectfully call us on yotatech, I just will never understand the desire to turn a truck into a circle track-worthy speed monster.

Supercharge!

You're going to need to Supercharge obviously...

I have a friend with a 3.4 Taco, he got a supercharger, then got Supra Fuel Injectors and underdrive pulleys bumping the psi boost up to 14, he's putting out like 400 HP without Nitrous now, and he's going to get a variable shot of NOS.

Hello,
The reason I picked TOYOTA is that they are the greatest import!! Everyone know that!!! The reason I picked the TACOMA is that I haven't seen a TACOMA do 13 to 12 in the qutr mile, I want mine to do that! As for DR.Z calling me a TROLL, I forgive you!
What about the STS Turbo?? If anyone want's to see pic's let me know.

I suspect a high quality turbo would really do the job, you're going to need some serious max boost to get into record breaking numbers, like 20 psi I think.

You should take into consideration the fact that the TRD superchargers have many aftermarket additions now, giving them some great boost.

Do you have manual or standard? A Turbo is only really viable in a standard tranny, auto would be a lot more powerful with a supercharger, due to the low torque. With a turbo you have to be able to rev the engine and then dump the clutch (yikes, hope you like replacing clutches). Additionally you might have to beef up the tranny, either a stronger clutch or something.

He has an Auto. I told him he was crazy for running a 125 shot with no VB upgrade!

Unless the solenoid kicks the NX off during a shift...

It's one company that makes a VB upgrade. They are actually cheaper than Level 10, who is the other company that does VB's. I believe both companies are experienced, and both have done this for many years.

TRD SC, UDR kit, IPT VB upgrade.

and then give me a ride!

I wanted something fast and different! If you had a fast vehicle and I can beat you in a race with a Double cab Toyota Tacoma you would ˟˟˟˟ yourself! That's what I want, people to say "I got beat by a TACOMA"!!!
