Everybody cool with Sonoran steel?

Getting ready to pull the trigger on the drop bar for my rig and so wondering if Sonoran still the way to go (seems that it is).

I just picked up some sliders from him last Friday. They look increadibly solid and the welds are beautiful. I have talked with him on several occations and found him to be an honest and straight forward guy.

Definitely go with Steve, very honest and helpful. One of the smoothest transactions I've ever had.

I just ordered a TJM T-17 from Steve, very easy transaction! Now if the bumper would just get here. I've been "freeloading" off him for over a year by asking qiestions in e-mails...all of his answers were right on!

Steve's a little but you won't find anyone else who will shoot it to you as straight or build a better product. But I guess it takes one to know one.

yeah, bought the same drop bar for my Runner, and a whole bunch of other stuff, I have nothing bad to say, he's a great guy, don't think I have ever heard anything bad about any of his stuff ever. Go for it, the drop bar will starighten out that back axle in no time!

Would say he has a good product and a great business agreement with R.Stubbs who I think makes most of his sliders and the drop bars. Absolutely a wealth of knowledge when it comes to 3rd Gens!

Just sent the email so I'm stoked to get this thing installed. Anybody want to say how their 4Runner changed after the bar was installed?

Thanks everyone

I did the lift and bar at the same time so I cannot tell you the differance but the concept is simple. When you lift the rear the T'bar pulls the rear axle off center because it is a fixed length. At 2.5" to 3+ of lift this can cause the drive shaft to make contact with the gas tank skid plate when flexed out. So the bars are cut and sleeved with a longer bigger tube that has a bend in it to compensate for the lift putting it back where it belongs.

IM super happy, he has helped me a great deal with the Tacoma LC lift kit.
the drop bar is stout too, i dont think you could ever bend that thing, I know i wont at least.
i am a very very satisfied customer and will definately do buisness with him again (i plan to as soon as funds refill... )
