Ever seen these 4Runners before?

Does anyone know if the first picture of the 4Runner and Taco use a lift kit or if those are custom made lifts? I know that someone posted the name of the person that built them, but did he use a kit or did he fab those IFS brackets? If he did it himself, does he have a website or an email addy?? And if it's a kit, which one is it? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure Bigkahuna808 was saying "DH Built" lifted the 4runner and Taco in the picture your asking about.
