I was wondering how hard it would be to go from the 3vze v6 to a 5VZFE v6 in a 91 toyota 4x4 ? What exacty has to be done like with the computer and stuff ? thaxn ahead of time

I was just wondering what all has to be done.. Do you need the computer and stuff like that from the 5vzfe or can you reprogram the 3vze one ? Is the swap worth doing when my engine is all tuckered out ? Since its a toyota though i am sure i got awhile to go since it only has 140k

 

Im in the middle of my 3.4L swap. I had an auto tranny and 3.slow only lasted till 186000, water kills engines quick. It was getting pretty slow anyway, If you want to check out my other posts on this board just click my name and view what I have wrote about it so far. This swap is definetly worth it, considering the 3.slow is no longer made (I dont think)and impossible to find replacement parts. You need all the parts from the donor vehicle, Engine, tranny engine comp. if auto.
