I've got an '02 2.7L Tacoma w/5spd trans.
I'd like more power to tow my travel trailer.
I thought of having a 6 cyl engine installed. Talked to a Svc Rep at my local Toyota shop. He said he thought it could be done, but it would run around 8K. Sound right? And that doesn't include the block.

 

i know you;d need to move the motor mount.....need the v6 ecu and wiring harnesses and id imagine the tranny due to it being a different size motor
thats all i can think of
