Post engine knock

So I have a 98 4runner 3.4l it have 245k. It has been sitting for 2 week, and the last 2 week it been super cold. So today I startee up and it was knocking for about 20 second. After the 20 second there is no more knocking noise. What do u guys think. Could it be all of the oil been at the bottom of the oil pan from sitting for those 2 week.

Lots of options, could be water in the oil, could be lack of oil. lack of oil pressure seems to be the end result.

First thing I would do is not drive it and change the oil ASAP. Then see what happens.

The damage has already been done so really just drive it until it breaks then swap another motor in. These things are nearly bullet proof though so that could be some time unless it really hurt itself.

Find out where the knock is coming from, I just went through this and found out my lifters were sticking. I thought for sure I spun a bearing.
