Engine Cleaning
#21
This is the way I like to keep it and I spend allot of time in the mud and slop.
Can't even see the engine some days,Lol. This is what it looks like after pressure washing and using Mean green and rinsing with pressure hose. Then I use a tire shine on the hoses and plastic parts. Mike

x153 for Simple Green. If your engine is dirty, some elbow grease and simple green will take care of it. After that, I just spray some simple green, then just rinse after a minute or two at every car wash. Keeps it clean. BTW, I don't pressure wash---just low-flow water from the hose.
As far as mud, soak it with water. I've heard of people putting one of those sprinklers that attach to the end of a hose under their truck, and even the hard-caked mud will just fall off after 20-30 minutes.
