EASYLIFT Airjack

EASYLIFT Airjack
Any of you guys ever see one of these? The air bag is inflated by the pressure of the vehicle's exhaust gases. The maximum designed operating pressure is only 0.7 Bar (10 p.s.i,g,) which is within the capability of even the smallest engine. Provided the exhaust system is in good condition and not rusted to the point of falling apart, then it will cope with this pressure. The speed of inflation depends on the volume of gases being produced, and this is related to the size of the engine and the tickover (idle) speed. A Land Rover Discovery Tdi, 2.5l diesel will generally inflate the jack fully in about 20 seconds at tickover. Larger engines will give a greater gas flow and inflate more quickly.
This could really come in handy why wheeling!
I think they were actually desigend for the Camel Trophy Trucks made by Land Rover:

If you want to see more click on the top picture and it will take you too their website (it's a U.K. Company by the way).

Wow that would be pretty dang cool for doing trail repairs and stuff. Heck might even get you unstuck. Bet it takes up alot of room in the rig though.
