Driver Door Dorked by Wind Gust

Driver Door Dorked by Wind Gust
As the title states, a strong gust of wind yanked the door out of my hand while I was getting out and jammed it forward - hard!
Now the door is slightly misaligned such that the jamb side raises up slightly upon closing, and upon opening the door feel like it has a spring assist. I looked at the big hinges and the top and bottom ones both show broken paint and are maybe 1/16 inch forward of where they used to be. Past experience tells me once I loosen the hinges the door will drop and I'll probably never get the dang door properly aligned.
Is there a trick or better yet, a procedure to bring the door back to where it was?

No trick or procedure, you just have to loosen the hinges and move the door back to where it should be. It's a lot easier if you have someone else hold and move the door while you loosen and tighten the bolts. Try doing one hinge at a time.
