hey guys i was wondering if anyone knows where to buy door panel fasteners for cheap?

I went to the toyota dealership the other day and then he showed me a picture of the inside of the door to show him which ones i wanted. I showed him 3 differents fastners. The dark red ones(inside the door) and two of the 2 peice things where you stick one in and then stick the other peice stick into it. dude tried to charge me 2.28 a peice. i told him i wanted 2 of each fasteners and he ended up writing down 10 parts for 2.28 each. i asked him why and he said that those things that you stick into each other count as 2(the fastener right about a couple of inches from the tweeters) wtf? but yea.....im sorry if this is hard to understand. please help
