Donor motor (wreck) showed up Now what?

Yeah I scored those with tires for $125 and needed tires bad for the trailer, they work ok for moving it around the yard but I'm not sure if they will hold the boat for a long trip.

Well going to scratch the idea of a swap for now and go with a rebuild or refresh @ 300K. Have considered power options from the inside out but still am more confident with doing a SC and URD kit for best results and minimal fuel economy loss. The donor motor is in the marketplace section with the tranny and t-case for sale.
