Thumbs down Does anyone have the Tsb El010?

I looked on phorunner.com, but his site is down. My dealer is not willing to make the repair I requested (2000 LTD CPO with complete extra-care warranty), so I am trying to get as much ammo as possible before I have to deal with them.

TIA

Do you just need the fact that the TSB exists? If so, then alldata.com can "prove" that:

From:
http://www.alldata.com/TSB/60/006031AC.html

EL010-00 AUG 00 Instruments - Fuel Gauge Inaccurate
EL010-99 DEC 99 Instruments - Fuel Gauge Calibration Procedure

To see the whole TSB, you need an account which is $24.95/year/vehicle.

I am actually trying to get the PDF file that was posted on phorunner.com. If someone has it, could you please send it to digitalmarker@yahoo.com? TIA

Does anyone have the list of affected VIN ranges regarding whether the fuel sending unit, the combination meter #3, or both need to be replaced?

Do a search on here there is link for a site that shows what vin's are affected. I think the link takes you to 4x4wire.com and then redirects you to another link.

Not all 4runners where affected by the issue according to the vin numbers listed. Mine wasn't listed as being on of the effected units but I had the same problems.
