Difference in 99 and 04 2.7 motors!!

Difference in 99 and 04 2.7 motors!!
Bought a 2004 2.7 motor to put into my 99 Tacoma. Right away I noticed plugs/coils being different. Does anyone know if this will be a major issue? If there any other major differences in the two motors?

Yes they are different. If you go to marlin crawlers web site he documents installing the different engines and what the differences are. Mostly has to do with the ignition and wiring.
