Question diff drop, need more than 2 inch?

I recently installed toytec 3inch with aal, I also added a two inch diff drop also toytec

My problem is I still have slight vibs in the front, not bad but I like no vibs.

Has anyone add more than two inches of drop on the diff? I think another 1/4 inch and it may solve my vibs.

anythoughts

thanks

front u joint angle doesn't seem to shabby, I know they can be touchy but I was thinking the vibs were originating from the CVs

After putting on Sonoran Steel's 1" diff drop, I tried to put in a 1/2" additional drop bit it would't fit. I had to shave a few millimeters to be able to fit it in (about 10 mm thk).

I kinda think you may be looking in the wrong place.......my Taco has a 3" lift with 33's and up until about a month ago no diff drop at all, and I had no vibrations. I recently installed a 1" drop and noticed no difference as far as vibrations are concerned. Have you greased your ujoints up front lately?

TacoTime,

the intention was to increase the drop to reduce cv angle. No vibrations too.

I don't think i'm being clear, I'm running a 1 inch drop, not two inch.

For some odd reason I thought it was two, hence all the "toytec has a 2inch"

So, with a one inch drop and still getting vibrations felt through the dash; does anyone think adding an additional 1/2 would help?

you will not get vibrations from it with or with out a drop. unless the drop was done and you screwed up something else. many people i know have run those lifts for years without a diff drop(myself included) with no vibrations, you are chasing and invisible cat.

Did you get a front end alignment after the lift was completed?
