Cylinder valve ?
When I take my 3.0 heads to the shop to get resurfaced & cleaned, do I need to pull the valves out? I wasn't planning on gettin a valve job but do I need to or will the shop do this?

They should do it, that is part of a head job (Clean, inspect, resurface and fix valves and seats etc etc)!
