Custom coil spacers for cheep.. Anyone interested?

Well, after installing my 1.5" rear coils I am wanting a little more lift and I found out that coil spacers cost $160 and are only available in one or two sizes. All I would need to make my own would be a secton of aluminum pipe about 1/2" think with the corect internal diameter. Then I could cut it with a beand saw and machine the sections down to whatever size I want. If I am going to go to all that trouble I might as well make a few sets of them in deferent sizes. I won't be doing this right away but if I did would anyone be interested in ordering whatever size spacers they want for like $75? Mabe more, mabe less depending on cost of material.

I was looking at some coil spacers and thought the same thing...what we need is the measurements...inside and outside diameter, heights, profile and base...anyone measured theirs?

Yea, just need to measure the inside diameter of my old coils but they are at home and I am at school. can anyone bust out some calipers and measure there old springs for me? If I had that measurement I could start making spacers right away.

I have been trying to think of the best way to make the sapcesrs. I might be able to part them off on the lathe in the chucks are big enough. Therwise it's band saw or plasma cutter. Then I could mill them flat on one of the manny Bridgpoorts.

I think I may go this option in the rear, Balljoint spacers in the front and crank my T-Bars to match the 2" In the rear

What I need to know is if I need a Panhard bracket and the LVPS (Brake Valve) Bracket for this lift setup to work.
