Crossover stud patterns

On the way to work today i happen to see a 88-90 Isuzu Bighorn or trooper as they are called in the states,Anyway this thing had the exact same wheels as my runner, these are factory toyota 4x4 alloys i thought.
So could it be that 4runners & Troopers(bighorns) have the same stud pattern ?
Also is there any other know matches to the runner stud pattern ?

chevy 6 lug rims fit the 4x4 toyotas, as long as the hub clears, as toyotas had a huge centerbore for the hub protrusion

Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, & Chevrolet all use the same 6-5½ lug pattern. The rims from the three Japanese companies are all fully interchangable but verify backspacing first. Late model Chevrolet uses a tiny center hole that has to be milled out before they'll fit on Japanese trucks. Again, the backspacing is probably different and would have to be verified before using.

Also newer Fords have a new metric 6 hole spacing that doesn't match the other 6 holes out there...

Most of the upgraded aluminum wheels aren't actually made by Toyota, Isuzu etc anyway, they actually come from known wheel manufacturers, but they are generally proprietary. If you look close you'll usually spot minor differences - like the Dodge 5 spoke propeller looking rims and the Tundra rims look exactly alike, but if you put them side by side there is a detail difference. Rumor has is they come from the same wheel factory too.
