coolant leak

coolant leak

i got a coolant leak behind the intake manifold, i dont know what exactly the piece is called but it has like four plug ins a coolant hose, and two vacuum hoses runing into it, i cant seem to get the damn ting to stop leakign ive tried gasket maker twice, the right stuff", and a piece of gasket and i cant get it to stop

whats the piece called so i can go to napa and get a new oem gasket?

Felpro sells a gasket for the Sensor adapter. You use the gasket as well as some gasket sealer to take care of this problem.

But, don't be suprised if it isn't leaking from the Sensor Adapter (or whatever it is called). I'm betting it's like all of the other 3vze motors and is leaking out of the head gasket. This is where they go bad. Get out your wallet my friend. Been there - done that.

its not a head gasket or anything i can tell its leaking from the piece in the back, because what ive done slows it down but doesnt stop it
