Converting 3.slow to a 22re

Well, I have a 22RE motor I am trying to sell and a guy called me up to inquire about it. He had a 3.0 that threw a rod and well hes on a budget so he wanted to buy my motor. My question is the bolt pattern different for the 6 cylinder to 4cylinder. between the motor and tranny. I am also not sure if the guy has an auto or manual. I dont want to sell the guy something he cant use or will cost him more $$ then if he just went to rebuild what he already has. I also had to refuse to help him install it since I have no where to do the work neither does he.

the bolt patterns are 100% different, if you use a 4cyl you need a 4cyl trans, if you use a 6cyl you need the 6cyl trans. 4cyl trannies are pretty cheap. If he didnt know this info already i'm doubtful he's mechanically able enough to do a motor swap, or just too lazy to figure it out
