control arm cross shafts

well over time my truck seems to loosen up the cross shafts and spit out the camber shims... now when i drive it rocks aroudn and cluncks pretty violently.. this is a bad thing... im going to be putting some full metal sleeves instead of using hte satndard U shaped shims.... anywyas i need to know what size the thread pitch is for the bolts in the cross shafts. i want to use the spacer and then on the furthest outside point add a nut as a jamnut to hopefully prevent it from loosening again.....
