Coil/Shock question.

This may be a stupid question, but, since Im low on money at the moment, I'd like to see if this could be done.

Could I install new OME coils and keep my stock shocks on there for now? Or, are they too short for the OME coils?

Also, do all Old Man Emu coils give you the same size lift? Im looking to get about 3 inches from stock...

What spacers would work with these springs if I would like to add them down the line after getting new shocks?

If you're going up 3" you gonna need new shocks.
