Clutch and rear main Install?

Clutch and rear main Install?
i'm looking into installing a new clutch and rear main seal on my 93 pickup 3.0 V6. what is the best clutch to get? i have 33's and do a decent amount of wheeling but still drive it daily on street. also does anyone have any tips on the install? or a good write up on one.
