Clutch Chatter When Warm

I bought a 98 runner a couple of months ago and it's developing a clutch chatter when warm. I was told the clutch was replaced recently, but it was done by canadian tire(horrible mechanics in my experience), I looked through the fork opening and it looked like they didn't even replace the pressure plate. It will only chatter in first when taking off from a dead stop, if I'm rolling a tiny bit I can take off smoothly. On cold days I wont feel any chatter for the first 15-30 minutes. On warm days it can happen right away but usually is good for 5-10 min. The odd thing is that it will chatter really badly on one take off and the very next time it will be smooth as silk. I've tried many different driving styles(high revs, low revs) with the same inconsistent results. I've replaced the master and slave cylinders, replaced the flex line and flushed the old fluid(black). It made an improvement but only made it easier to control and limit the shakes. The transmission mount and motor mounts are a possibility because it only happens when warm, rubber gets warm chatter gets worse?? this is the only things that I can think of before I do a full clutch job. The tranny mount looks old and has some cracking but my 3rd gen pick up looked way worse and I had no clutch chatter. The motor mount on the drivers side is coated with oil from a valve cover leak(replacing this weekend) but isnt the passenger side the one that would give me chatter? Passenger side looks good, even when reving and watching from underneath, only a little movement. Its too hard to see the drivers side.
Any Ideas or should I bite the bullet and replace the clutch, flywheel, main seal, etc??

98, v6 manual(obviously), 270 000km or 167, 000 miles

Thanks

At this point you will need a redo. Pull the flywheel have it machined replace the pressure plate if its full of hot spots. I would also go though and check your driveline u joints and grease them.
