climate control selector swtich
All of a sudden after re-installing my Sirius Antenna in my 04 taco, my climate control selector knob no longer works
. The knob that i am speaking about is the one that designates where the air goes, ie. face, face/feet, feet, feet/def, defrost.
When i rotate the knob i can hear the servo/solenoid move, but the air comes out of the ducts for the face and the feet only. It bugs because i wake up early for work and ice hockey and its a pain to wait for the air to get warm or cold enough to defrost the windsheild. I tried to look for the servo but no luck. has anyone had this happen to them? I truely think that it is the damper in the ducts, but do now know where that is. if anyone can help that would be fantastic.
also the has anyone relaced any of the light bulbs in the climate controller?
thanks
steve

When I installed my antenna for my XM I secured it up under the dash and had to be careful not to interfere with any moving parts. Are you sure you haven't "wired" anything shut with the antenna?

Joe,
thanks for the reply. during my lunch, that was the first thing that i checked. upon further investigation i found the mechanism that moves the ducting and visually saw it get "stuck". I fingered the floor duct and then it fixed itself. nothing like a fingering! lol re-installed my sirius wires through the dash by a hole and good to go.
