Climate Control Issues

When for a drive yesterday up a canyon to favorite hike spot. On the way back I noticed that the blower was acting funny.

When the climate control is moved to the off position the air stops blowing but the blower remains on. I've tried various combination of the controls to see if that would somehow get the blower to turn off but no luck.

Is there a fuse or switch that tells the blower to go off when move to the off position?

I don't have the auto climate feature.

It sounds like maybe the switch itself (the one on the dash) has failed. Reason being that if the fuse was blown, the blower wouln't work and i don't believe the blower motor works on relays. So the only thing left is the switch and that's probably where I would start; this is a new issue right? I ask bacause sometimes when I leave the selector to allow outside air in on, I do get some air flow at speed and I can maybe see this mistaken as a really low blower speed operation.

Looks like it might be a bad relay.
