I chipped the 3rd teeth to the right of the TDC mark, is this still re-useable?

That looks like the tone ring that induces signal in the crankshaft position sensor.

It IS NOT reuseable with a missing tooth.

That sprocket and tone ring are replaceable. Shouldn't have to replace the crankshaft.

You are gonna have to imobilize the crank. Maybe by jammng the starter ring gear, or if the oil pan is off; with a block of wood between a crank cheek and the engine block.

Be creative, but take care to do it in such a way that you don't break something else.

Get some fine emery cloth and a fine file and dress the crank snout, the exposed part of the woodruff key, and the new sprocket until they fit snug but only light force is necessary to seat the new part.

Pay close attention to any nicks, bumps and pecker tracks that might constitute a tight spot

Make sure there's a decent bevel on the crank snout rim. You have got it kicked.

Did some cleaning. I ended up ordering a tool to hold the cam gears so I can take them off, a tool that pulls the oil seals and a OEM crankshaft gear. Hopefully I get it done by the next weekend.
