changing a head gasket

So I have a question here I recently did an engine swap due to mine blowing up I have the 3.4l v6 in my tacoma...I put the same back in it but couldnt ever get it to start till recently...the only reason it wouldnt start is because it was dumping a ˟˟˟˟ ton of coolant into cylinders so I have either a head gasket, cracked head or cracked block in this engine I got from a junk yard.....the question is if i break it down and find its a head gasket when I take of the head does the timing belt and everything come off....I have some step by step directions off of alldata. but wanted to know if I can avoid this step....

1. Watch your mouth.

2. You have alldata?

3. Then why don't you leave us alone? We have important business to tend to here. Like helping the folks who don't have alldata.

Thanks!

Not to mention the fact that if you even have to ask a question like that...you have ABSOLUTELY no business going anywhere near an engine with a wrench. Meaning, you're fired! Go find a real mechanic.

You want to know if you can avoid taking off the timing belt when removing the head? I don't see how myself.

Mudhippy you crack me up

Yes, it all comes off. It's impossible to do he HG on this engine without removing the timing belt.
