Changing fluids.....Need Help

I am changing differentials , transfer , and transmission fluids in my 4 Runner
to Mobil 1 full synthetics and was wondering if I need to flush out all old conventional oils out prior to adding the new synthetics ? Don't know if both are compatible or what ? Any help would be greatly appreciated > THANKS

The common misconception with synthetics is just that, that they are completely man made.
Most sysnthetics can be easily mixed with non-synthetic because they are simply made via a futher refining process(es).
It is the extra refining (and marketing) that gives synthetic its exorbitant pricetag.
