Changing coolant

Changing coolant

I need to change coolant in 02 4 runner 2WD, I will use Toyota Red coolant, I mixed 50/50 with water . which is the correct way to change it ? Please give me some inputs.

Its posted in teh correct section, he did say 02 4runner

Thanks for the links guys.
I also read somewhere that : If I squeeze the upper hose while running warm up with radiator cap off, It also help to get the air out of system, is this true?

Yeah, I squeeze the upper rad hose a few times to work out the bubbles. Buy some Prestone flush and follow the instructions on the back to do everything. By the way, you can use GM Dexcool - which Wal Mart carries - to do the change. They have the best price. Be sure to use distilled water too.
