Changed my brakes.

I just had brembo rotors and performance friction landcruiser pads (which are supposedly the same pads trd sells for the 4Runner) installed. Just wanted to know if $90 dollars is a good price for labor? I bought all the parts. Also, I'm going to be driving like grandma for the next couple of days and wanted to know how long is the break in period.

I recently installed the same, except the pads were the PF part number specifically for the 4Runner (both fit and work just as well). I had a friend that's a Ford mechanic "walk" me through the installation and it was a piece of cake.

Before I enlisted his help, 1 shop quoted me about $90 and another was about $105 for the labor.

I guess the 4Runner PF pads shouldn't be that much different. Do you know anything about the lifetime guarantee. Can you just trade them in for a new pair if they're worn?
